Karen leads mParticle's International business outside of North America. As a veteran of the IT industry, she remembers Y2k, selling hardware for on-prem data centres, and is grateful for the innovation SaaS business' provides us today. With a passion for helping customers and employees meet and exceed their goals, she believes mParticle represents an innovation for simplification of customer data flows to maximise experiences for B2B brands and their customer engagement.
