Setting the 2026 Tech Agenda

Friday 5 December 2025 │ 08:45-09:45 GMT

2026 is shaping up to be a decisive year for technology leaders. Artificial intelligence is advancing at an extraordinary speed, cyber exposure is intensifying, and regulatory expectations are becoming more complex. In this environment, reactive or incremental strategies will not be enough. The organisations that thrive will be those that focus on what matters, invest with precision, and build resilience into every layer of their digital and operational foundations.

This end of year Chief Disruptor Forum brings together leading insight to help you set a confident and competitive technology agenda for 2026. We will explore the trends that genuinely matter, the capabilities that warrant investment, and the opportunities that leaders should be preparing for now.

Whether you are defining next year’s roadmap or reassessing priorities, this session will help you cut through noise, pressure and hype and make decisions that stand up to the realities of the year ahead.
