Dr. Kathrin Kind is a pioneering technologist and C-suite executive operating at the intersection of Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and industrial-scale engineering. As the world’s first Chief Quantum AI & Data Driven Solutions Officer, and Global CEO of QubitNexus.AI, she is currently spearheading the deployment of the world’s first room-temperature photonic quantum computer based AI and Data Edge products—effectively bridging the gap between theoretical R&D and global industrialization. As well as being senior policy advisor to different UN organizations in Digital Rights, Quantum Computing , AI and Cybersecurity.
With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Kind has been a key architect in the evolution of autonomous systems and digital infrastructure. Her leadership at Siemens, Bosch, ZF-TRW, and the Volkswagen Group saw the successful industrialization of complex vehicle functions, from ADAS to autonomous driving. As the former Chief Data Scientist and AI Director for Cognizant, she scaled technical solutions across global growth markets, proving her ability to build high-performance teams that translate "deep tech" into bottom-line success.
A dual force in academia and governance, Dr. Kind serves as a Professor of AI and Quantum Computing holding the Chair at the Paris School of Management and the SSBM Geneva. Her commitment to ethical technology is reflected in her role as the Responsible AI Governor for Switzerland at the Global Council for Responsible AI and her work as an Honorary Ambassador at the UN Support Action Centre (JDI). Holding advanced credentials from MIT, Columbia, UoH, and SSBM, Dr. Kind is a technical editor for Springer Nature, CRC Press, and a prolific author, dedicated to shaping a future where quantum-driven innovation is both responsible and transformative.
