Too Good To Leave (TGTL)
Army Reserve Training Part 1
25 November 2025 │ 18:30-19:30 GMT │ Interactive Webinar
Quality training is a key element for ‘readiness’. The limited time Reservists get to train means that it is important that the training is accessible and efficient. It is also critical that the skills and experience gained (both in military and civilian roles) are recognised and utilised by Defence. This webinar will focus on three areas within the Training LOO that TGTL is currently working on to ensure that Army Reservists are included in the development process, and well informed to maximise the benefits they provide for Defence, units, and individuals.
Defence Skills Passport. This short update will provide details on how the new Defence Skills Passport is intended to act as a central digital record of an individual’s skills to enable smoother identification and transfer between the Armed Forces and the Defence Industry. Harnessing Defence and single Service initiatives already in development and drawing on sector best practice, the Skills Passport should enable greater career opportunity and skills growth to attract and retain talent.
Driver Licence Acquisition. In the new financial year, the regionally based DELTAs will go online streamlining how individuals and units gain Cat C driving licences and enabling rapid familiarisation with multiple vehicle types. This briefing will bring you up to speed on this significant whole force initiative.
This is the first in a series of webinars that will be delivered over the coming months on a range of issues and topics that the TGTL team is working on to help improve the lived experience of Army Reservists and highlight the benefits of Reserve service.

For years, retail innovation has focused on efficiency—faster checkouts, cleaner interfaces, shorter paths to purchase. But in the rush to streamline, we’ve lost something essential: conversation. Forget chatbots. Forget dashboards. This is a conversation. And it’s quietly changing how retail works from the first “hello” to the final click.
Join fellow senior retail leaders for a dinner hosted in partnership with Rezolve Ai, and Microsoft. Together, we’ll explore how intelligent, conversational AI is reshaping digital commerce; not with noise, but with nuance. This is a shift from transactional UX to intelligent, contextual interaction powered by AI that works across the journey, not just at the edge of it.
We’re not talking about pilots or prototypes. We’re talking about what’s working:
This isn’t a new channel. It’s a new layer woven across the entire retail experience: search, discovery, decision-making, checkout, service, and loyalty. We’ll unpack how forward-looking retailers use conversational AI not as a bolt-on feature but as a strategic layer that deepens product discovery, increases conversion, unlocks lifetime value, and reduces friction across the customer journey. All without rebuilding from scratch.
