Plan, Align and Optimise Your Automation Strategy

Friday 1 March 2024 │ 08:45-10.00 GMT │ Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club

Enterprise automation is the practice of identifying complex or repetitive manual business processes and streamlining them with software. Interest in automation is gathering pace across a wide range of industry sectors as organisations seek out new ways to cut costs, improve efficiencies and redefine how they connect with their customers.

There are a number of types of automation suited to different use cases including process automation, integrated automation and robotic process automation (RPA). Some have expressed concerns that robots will replace humans at work, however a recent report by the World Economic Forum shows that although machines with AI will replace about 85 million jobs in 2025, about 97 million jobs will be created as a result of AI.

Successful automation starts with aligning your automation strategy against your business and operational goals and processes, and the most effective programmes will pursue excellence through continuous optimisation and improvement. Optimising your automation strategy will require continuous monitoring and evaluation against well defined goals, and fostering a culture of iterative improvement. Join us at our Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club, Plan, Align and Optimise your Automation Strategy, on Friday 1 March 2024 to discuss how to make the most of your automation initiatives.
